Investment Criteria

• Promising early stage companies in emerging service industries just before their normal inflection point; and thus ripe for the group’s "primary breakaway" strategies.
• Companies having demonstrated successful growth and performance in emerging industries (on a standalone basis or to be spun off from a parent group) which have been stalled by "closed" capital market conditions; and thus ripe for the group's "bridge to breakaway" strategies
• Potential new entrants into existing, large, and maturing industries (on a stand-alone basis or to be spun off from a parent group); and thus ripe for the group's "new-entry breakaway" strategies.
